This dress is in excellent condition with no stains, tears, or fabric pulls. I did not need to alter it at all and wore it just once to the wedding it was purchased for. I am a size 4 in real life but the size 2 fit me perfectly. The dress is is all chiffon but the top is fitted, with not much stretch - the skirt measures 46" in length from the waist.
