Bought this dress brand new. Only alterations were to take out some of the heavy tulle underneath the dress to make it less poofy. It’s been in the dress bag since I bought it, only worn to try on for pictures. It’s a beautiful dress I just wanted something completely different. I have a cathedral veil that goes with it.
